Sensible Wine Services has provided a stock storage and mail-out service for Concha y Toro UK. CYT UK are the UK subsidiary of the largest wine producer in South America and owner of prestigious brands including Casillero del Diablo, Bonterra and Trivento. As part of their sales and marketing strategy CYT UK send out samples of their wines to journalists, clients and competition winners on a daily basis. In order to facilitate this Sensible Wine Services work closely with CYT UK to ensure that orders are picked accurately from a dedicated stockholding and dispatched quickly and securely.

Using a dedicated order form, CYT UK inform us of the wine required, the correct vintage to use, the destination and the delivery date. One of Sensible Wine Services dedicated mail-out team will then pick the order and place it in protective packaging, suitable for dispatch by courier. We then update the CYT UK stock spreadsheet to reflect the bottles removed and book delivery with the appropriate service depending upon the size of the order. Throughout the process Sensible Wine Services ensure that we work diligently with great attention to detail, in order to fulfil the expectations of both CYT UK and the recipient.
